Downriver Tent & Event Rental only offers quality, high-peak frame tents.  Our high-peak frame tents provide customers with the most aesthetically-pleasing, elegant-looking tents, and, because of the lack of center poles, offer the most flexible tables and seating arrangement options.  All of our tents are constructed out of a waterproof, blackout 16 oz. PVC vinyl which meets or exceeds the National Fire Protection Association fire resistance standards.

  • 20' x 20' high peak tent (400 square feet) is offered for $349

  • Seats 32 comfortably with a four round tables configuration

  • Seats up to 48 with a more dense six rectangle tables configuration

  • 20' x 30' high peak tent (600 square feet) is offered for $499

  • Seats 48 comfortably with a six round tables configuration

You can also save money by booking one of our Party Packages which includes the tables, chairs, linens and more.  Separately, we offer tent accessories which includes cathedral window sides, globe string lighting and patio heaters.

Please note that the above pricing reflects delivery, set up and assumes a staking of the tent.  If the tent is to be placed on a concrete or asphalt driveway or another location where staking is not available, the tent will require ballast (for safety purposes).  Utilizing ballast does add to our installation time and, as such, carries an additional cost.  Please see our ballast page for how our system differs from our competitors and will enhance both the look and functionality of your event.
